GEAR
Here's some of my gear - some new, some I've had for years; all very much loved.
Les Paul Standard
Two of my good 'ol go-to guitars, a 1987 and a 1993 cherry red Les Paul standards. Beautiful tone and versatility, I use 'em for everything and I'd be lost without 'em!
Edwards Custom Strat
This is an Edwards custom Strat built by my good friend and brilliant Luthier Dave 'Spud' Edwards. Maple neck, Floyd Rose trem, single active EMG and tons of bite. used this on the Rejects version of 'Runaway Boys'.

PRS SE Custom
PRS SE custom. Had Kirk Hammett EMG's fitted to give extra whoomph. Great neck, joy to play. Used on the recent 'Over the Hills and Far Away' recording and video.

Seymour Duncan Powerstage
The days of lumping heavy Peavey and Marshall amps from gig to gig and the exorbitant fees involved in flying them across to tours and festivals abroad had to come to an end. Enter the Seymour Duncan Powerstage, a 120 watt mini amp that transports easily and sounds great in either clean mode or when used in conjunction with a modelling unit. compact and powerful and easy on the ol' back!

Mooer GE-200
My Mooer GE-200 modelling unit. we programmed just three sounds into it based on the Peavey 6505 120 sounds we used on 'Powergrab', clean/chorus, Rhythm, and a tubescream lead with a touch of delay. I spent years trying Boss, Line 6 Helix and many others before settling on this little beaut. it's a fraction of the price of the bigger name units (including it's big brother the GE-300) And in my opinion is a more faithful sound reproducer than any of them. I sold everything else and bought two of these, and have never looked back!
