BIO

Mick formed the Cockney Rejects in early 1979 the band signed Immediately to EMI and released four huge selling albums, 'Greatest hits Vol.1' and 'Greatest hits Vol 2' followed by 'Vol 3 - Live and Loud' and the acclaimed 'Power and the Glory'.

 

Since then the band released a slew of more Rock oriented albums, beginning with 'The Wild Ones' in 1982, followed in various stages by 'Lethal', 'Out of the Gutter', 'Unforgiven' and 'East End Babylon' which accompanied the movie of the same name, which was released In 2012.

 

The band toured the world several times over, reaching Japan, the USA, South America, Australia, New Zealand and Europe before calling it a day with two sold out and emotional shows at London's famous 100 club in December 2023.

 

Alongside this, Mick formed the Crunch with friends Terry Chimes of the Clash and Dave Treganna of Sham 69, plus Swedish singer/songwriter Soren 'Sulo' Karlsson. They released two albums 'Busy making Noise' and 'Brand new Brand' as well as the 'Smoke and Mirrors' EP, and toured Europe and the UK to great acclaim.

 

Mick also produced albums by The Secret Members and the East End Promises, and authored the semi-autobiographical book 'Life after Lloyd' in 2016. The final Cockney Rejects album 'Powergrab' was released In 2022.

 

Over the decades, he has worked with luminaries such as Steve Marriot, Dave Edwards, Ted Mckenna and many more too numerous to mention. He recently released the video 'Over the Hills and Far away' and hosted the 'Rock 'N' Roll campfire' podcast which shall resume shortly. He lives in London with his wife Erin and will be announcing his next venture into Rock 'N’ Roll in the very near future.
